Students often have many questions once they learn that God being all-powerful does not mean that he has the power to do all things. What can’t God do? God can’t go against his nature or do what is logically impossible. Then how did God raise Jesus from the dead? For that, we need to remember the difference between physically impossible and logically impossible.
Ryan Pauly teaches Historical Christian Doctrine and Apologetics, Comparative Religions and Worldviews, and Philosophy of Ethics at a Southern California High School. He is also the training coordinator for the MAVEN immersive experiences and is a Stand to Reason affiliate.
